This was the first Interior design and build project executed by Architect Shalmali. This project comprised of two identical building lobbies. The society had appointed Shalmali to work on a very tight budget, but it didn't matter to the architect. She designed two exquisite lobbies using a luxury material palette including Italian Marble, vitrified marble look wall cladding and brass finish accents. The design sketches were soon converted into impressive 3D visualizations, which were approved by the Society at the first go. The society members were quite impressed with Shalmali's prompt aesthetic solutions. The lobbies were soon delivered within the stipulated timeline by the team.

Shalmali made sure that the execution teams had correct drawing sets, each contractor was handed over the sets pertaining to his scope of work only. This way there were no clashes between two contractor teams and site management was done very promptly. The drawings prepared were so much in detail that work on site moves swiftly.
Many challenges were faced during the execution as all the members had their own point of view regarding the execution. Many questions were raised by them, but all of it was handled in a very professional manner by the team. All the design elements were delivered as specified in the bill of quantity as promised.
